  • Dr. Cathy Graber

    Dr. Cathy earned her veterinary medicine degree from The Ohio State University in 1977.  She started out working at Graber's as a veterinary assistant and receptionist while in high school and on breaks from OSU. She enjoys solving the mysteries that many internal medicine cases provide.  Hobbies include gardening, photography, birding, and reading.  Dr. Cathy shares her life with two dogs, Quinn and Violet; and four cats, Sasha, Lila, Henry and Coop. She also enjoys spending time with her horses, Kailey and Ben.

  • Dr. Steve Graber

    Dr. Steve Graber began working at Graber's Animal Hospital as a kennel assistant during school and on breaks from college. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. Dr. Steve came back to Toledo to work with his father, Dr. Dale Graber who founded Graber's Animal Hospital in 1952.  Dr. Steve enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine including diagnosis and the medical and surgical treatment of cases. His life includes his wife, Sharon, children Emily and Eric, dogs Cricket and Ellie, and Emily's dog, Fletcher. Dr. Steve enjoys spending time outside with nature, especially at a small lake in Indiana. He also has a passion for the Detroit Tigers and OSU sporting teams.

  • Dr. John Mc Clung

    Dr. John Mc Clung, or Dr. Brad if you are from Tiffin, was enrolled at The Ohio State University in 1973. He majored in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition and Meat Science with a Minor in Microbiology. He was accepted into the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1977 and graduated in 1981, Summa Cum Laude. He worked in Seneca and surrounding counties after graduation where he practiced food and companion animal medicine and surgery. He sold his practices in 2016 and took a four year sabbatical to travel to distant veterinary CE meetings and to work on farm beautification. His hobbies include spending time outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature and tending to his farms where he raises food animals and hay.

  • Dr. Tony Chesler

    Dr. Tony Chesler earner a Bachelor's Degree in biology in 2016 and began working at Graber's Animal Hospital when he was applying to vet school. He enrolled in the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in 2018 and graduated with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Dr. Tony is still exploring aspects veterinary medicine to find his passion, but has always enjoyed the diagnostic realm of ultrasound and intends to pursue further education for specialization and training to improve his knowledge and skills in ultrasonography. Dr. Tony shares his off time with his dog, Too. He enjoys playing Frisbee golf and swimming in the warmer weather and will occasionally go bowling in the winter.

  • Denise Rose, RVT

    Denise started working at Graber's in 1989 as a veterinary assistant, while attending Woodward High School and the Agricultural Education Center, where she studied Animal Care. She attended Columbus State Community College, earning her Veterinary Technician degree in 1994. Denise is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two beautiful children. They share their home with a wild terrier mix, NuNu, and a lazy adorable Olde English Bulldog, Chunks. She spends most of her spare time at sporting events with her family. Denise loves any outdoor activity, especially camping, boating and fishing.

  • Breanne Horvath, RVT

    Breanne joined Graber's Animal in 1995. She attended Stautzenberger College recieving her Veterinary Technician degree in 1999. She enjoys spending her off time with her husband, son and their boxer. She loves camping, boating and lots of baking.

    Gabrielle graduated from Stautzenberger College in 2011 with her Veterinary Technician degree. She is happily married with four children and has four cats, Izzy, Georgie, Sophie and Ruby. Gabe enjoys camping, hiking, crocheting and spending time with her family.

    Erica graduated with her Veterinary Technician degree from Stautzenberger College in 2019. She joined Graber's shortly after graduation. Erica is married to her high school sweetheart and they have three fur kids, Alpha, Armani and Berlioz. In her free time Erica enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

    Lorri has been a receptionist for Graber's Animal hospital for 18 years.She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two amazing children. She has two cats, Lizzie and Oreo and an adorable new puppers named Arrow. She loves spending time with family, reading and just being awesome!

    Max is a Biology student at UT where they are studying in order to seek a Veterinary Medicine degree. They are engaged to their High School sweetheart. Together they have two dogs, Cheddar and Bumble, and three cats, Mozzarella, Feta and Frankie. They love hiking and reading, especially Lord of the Rings, and playing DnD with friends.
